Dwight & Angelia Bell
Founders
Dwight Bell founded Wings of Grace Ministries with a vision to use aviation as a way to teach students how to fly while sharing the love of Christ and serving others. His passion for aviation and ministry eventually grew into global missions and the creation of Capernaum Place, continuing his commitment to using every opportunity to change lives. Angelia Bell has been a dedicated part of the Wings of Grace family, supporting the ministry and its mission alongside Dwight throughout the years. A professional concert pianist, Angelia brings her love of music, creativity, and a heart for serving others to everything she does.

CFO/Director of Operations
Damon brings a passion for aviation, global missions, and ministry to his role at Wings of Grace. After beginning his ministry journey with Christ Flight Ministries, Damon now helps guide Wings of Grace into its next season while building on its mission and vision. A passionate traveler, Damon has visited 38 countries and loves experiencing new cultures and serving wherever God leads.

Stacie has a knack having a heart for ministry, missions, and developing programs that make a lasting impact. After beginning her ministry journey with Christ Flight Ministries alongside Damon, she now helps shape the next generation of Wings of Grace. Outside of ministry, Stacie is a homeschool mom who loves spending time with her family, and of course, cats!

Accountant/Bookkeeper
Courtney serves as the Accounting and Bookkeeping team member, helping keep the financial side of the ministry organized and running smoothly. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and has a background in nonprofit finance. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her three kids, as well as her birds and dogs.

Communications Director
Harlen serves as the Communications Director, using a background in marketing, vintage, and photography to help tell the story of Wings of Grace. A passionate learner and advocate for mental health, Harlen enjoys exploring philosophy, leadership, and new languages. Spanish is a native language, and Harlen is currently studying Portuguese.

Communications Assistant & Dispatcher
Key serves as a Communications Assistant and Dispatcher, helping keep communication and day-to-day operations moving. He studied Aviation Science and Management at Middle Georgia State University and is currently working toward her Private Pilot Certificate. Outside of aviation, Key enjoys playing guitar, discovering new music, and cooking.

Lead Mechanic
Jason serves as the Lead Mechanic at Wings of Grace, bringing six years of experience as an Army Black Hawk mechanic to the team. A Brunswick native, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and making memories with his family. His aviation experience and practical knowledge play an important role in keeping our aircraft safe and ready to serve.

Missionary Pilot & Aviation Apprentice
Keilah serves as a Missionary Pilot and Mechanic, combining her passion for aviation with a heart for learning and serving others. She studied at Cincinnati State through the ASL program and holds a Deaf Studies Certificate. Keilah is currently working toward her Private Pilot Certificate and additional ratings. A proud homeschool graduate, she is also a passionate advocate for learning and is preparing for marriage.
