Our first area of service
Aviation
Aviation is the tool. Discipleship is the point. Flight training, hands-on maintenance, and mentorship give teenagers a reason to believe their life is going somewhere.
What we run
Programs that start in the hangar and end in a calling
Teen Flight Program
Discovery flights, ground school, and time in the cockpit with mentors who care about the student more than the logbook.
Aircraft Maintenance
Students work alongside certified mechanics on our mission fleet, building toward airframe and powerplant certification.
Missionary Pilot Apprenticeships
Young adults called to mission aviation train toward instrument, commercial, and instructor ratings while serving full time.
Volunteer Pilots & Instructors
Licensed pilots, CFIs, and hangar hands donate hours that put teenagers in the air and keep aircraft flying.

Full-time staff on the ramp
Missionaries who teach while they fly
Our aviation missionaries maintain the mission fleet, hold inspection authorizations, and mentor apprentice pilots and teen program participants. They raise their own support so students never pay for mentorship.
Bring aviation to your town
Start a Wings of Grace crew
A crew is a local team that brings the Wings of Grace mentoring program to teenagers in its own community — no aviation experience required. We provide the curriculum, mentor training, ground school materials, background screening, and ongoing coaching. You provide a place to meet and adults willing to walk with students.
- Curriculum, ground school, and mentor training provided
- Discovery flights and volunteer pilots connected to your crew
- Your own crew portal for events, tasks, and announcements
- Coaching from our team through your first year
