Our second area of service
Housing
Safe housing • Christ-centered mentorship • Lasting hope
When the foster-care clock runs out, nobody should face homelessness alone. Capernaum Place offers apartments, life-skills coaching, and biblically based mentoring for 18- to 24-year-olds so they can launch into adulthood with confidence and purpose.
Why this matters
Aging out should not mean starting over alone
26%
of aged-out foster youth experience homelessness by age 21
50%
are employed by age 24
<3%
earn a college degree

Our vision
To be “home” for those who have none
Capernaum Place provides stability, family, and faith-filled guidance so young adults thrive, not just survive. It is an inter-generational community where the vulnerable are restored, hope is renewed, and futures are rebuilt.
End the immediate housing crisis
Furnished apartments give a young adult an address, a door that locks, and room to breathe.
Equip residents with life & career skills
Budgeting, employment, transportation, GED prep, and legal aid through our partner network.
Surround each resident with family
A Christ-centered mentor and a local church community that stays after the lease is signed.
